FBI DIRECTOR COMEY TO BE FIRED OFFICIALLY FOR NOT CHARGING HILLARY

White House:President Donald J. Trump informed FBI Director James Comey that he has been terminated and removed from office,President Trump acted based recommendations of both Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and Attorney General Jeff Sessions.”

The reputation of the FBI would be injured if Comey had remained, even if he acted out of the noblest of intentions.

The investigation will continue and firing Comey in the midst of it will only stoke concerns about presidential interference and give rise to even more conspiracy theories.

Grossly negligent is the term which opens the way for charges to be brought. He also concluded that Huma Abedin, Clinton’s right-hand woman, and Cheryl Mills, her State Department chief of staff, had not lied to the FBI, even though what they said in interviews was contradicted by emails they had sent and received.

Wray provided his first public defense of the nation’s premier law enforcement agency since a weekend of Twitter attacks by Trump, who called the FBI a biased institution whose reputation is ‘in Tatters – worst in History!’ and urged Wray to ‘clean house.’

The outburst from the president followed a guilty plea from his former national security adviser for lying to the FBI and the revelations about Strzok.

It is difficult to blame Hillary Clinton for blaming Comey for her defeat, or, as she put it, “I was on the way to winning until the combination of Jim Comey’s letter on October 28 and Russian WikiLeaks raised doubts in the minds of people who were inclined to vote for me but got scared off.”

News broke that Comey approached Attorney General Jeff Sessions about his uneasiness toward Trump directly contacting him.

Their interaction came after the president pressed Comey to shut down the Flynn inquiry. He wanted Sessions to shield the FBI from such contacts, but Sessions was unable to provide those assurances.

Of course I agree. Anyone with sense could see that he used word choice legally, just to avoid charging for the crimes he described in the same statement. Synonyms(#2)Webster, are just that and should not require the exact legal words for definition of crimes. DUH!

But really when it comes to neglect or grossly neglegent or carelessly negligent with classified information that does not belong to you and you took a photo of it and brought it home or brought home classified information to your home on a private email server, Negligence is negligence, whether careless, very negligent, grossly negligent extremely negligent. It’s Illegal PERIOD!!!!
